These Mechanic Minute tips are courtesy of my husband, Mr. Mechanic.
- Be sure that your tires are properly inflated to the specified PSI as indicated on the tire
- For the best vehicle performance & gas mileage, schedule a tune-up once a year
- Regular oil changes every 3 months or as recommended by your vehicle manufacturer
- Keep all fluids topped off (power steering, brake fluid, oil, antifreeze/coolant)
- Get your a/c checked to ensure the proper level of freon to keep you cool in the summer
- If your brakes are squealing have them checked, it may be time to replace them
- Don't delay on getting that "Check Engine" light diagnosed, it could have a huge impact on your car
