Thrift Store Score

Last weekend I was out thrifting at my local Goodwill, I was on the hunt for baskets and found these three beauties patiently awaiting for me to scoop them up. The large brown basket was priced at $3.06 while the other two were $1.06 each. Once I got to the register and started to chat with my cashier and the manager, they asked what I had in mind to make with the baskets. I explained that I enjoy using them to make special gift baskets for family and friends. After a few minutes of holding up the line with our bantor, the manager pulled out her keys and very unexpectedly adjusted the price of the large basket to just $1 dollar. I paid just $3.18 for all three! I love it when these kind of unexpected blessings come my way!
